Posts on social media sites should protect KATI's voice by remaining professional in tone and in good taste. No individual program should construe its social media site as representing the Institute. Content should not reflect negatively on the Institute's reputation or be perceived to be oppressive or judgemental.
Identify your views as your own. If you identify yourself as a KATI employee online, make sure that your posts reflect the policy above in its entirety.
