Students are to take all necessary precautions for protecting themselves, their colleagues and their clients against harm.
Faculty, staff and students are given the security code for the KATI entrance door and the protocol for opening and closing at the end of the day. Codes are also given for access to studio classrooms, student lounge and library. The codes will change with adequate warning, as required for safety and security. All members of the KATI community are expected to keep the door codes confidential and to take responsibility for securing the premises when they are the last to leave.

All staff and students are expected to keep the Institute clean and suitable as a therapeutic and educational environment, in particular, this means cleaning up and maintaining order in the studio.
Please note that the Institute is a designated nut and scent-free environment.
Building concerns should be referred to the administration. Requests for art supplies, program supplies, and library books should be referred to the administration.
